Baby Blanket

With my cousins daughter due to give birth just before Christmas I set about making her a blanket/shawl. Using the softest of baby wools in a pale cream.

The pattern used is a Sidar no 1710 it took 10 balls of 100g DK. Be warned if making on even the longet of straight needles it is tight going as the overal piece takes 313 stitches on 4mm needles.
